JIutian smokeless activation furnace is a continuous activation equipment that produces high-quality activated carbon through physical activation of carbon raw materials. It is widely used for activating charcoal (such as bamboo, fruit shells, hardwood etc.) and coal-based activated carbon. The furnace uses steam as the activation medium, and in a high-temperature environment, the steam can fully contact the carbon raw materials to be activated. Coal-based activated carbon is one of the main sources of activated carbon, but not all coal is suitable for its production. The quality requirements for coal are very strict, with the key being its ability to form a well-developed pore structure while ensuring the mechanical strength and usability of the final product.

1. Core Key Indicator: Fixed Carbon Content

· Requirement: High fixed carbon content (typically > 60%, high-quality raw materials require > 70%)

2. Key Limiting Indicator: Ash Content

· Requirement: Low ash content (typically < 10%, high-quality products require < 6-8%)

3. Important Processing Indicator: Volatile Matter

· Requirement: Moderate volatile matter content (ideally between 20%-35%)
