Adopting continuous carbonization technology,the production line converts biomass feedstock into biochar powder.The charcoal powder is extruded into briquettes under high pressure by briquetting machines,and a dedicated dryer ensures stable quality of final products.Flammable gas released in carbonization is recycled to supply heat for the whole system,realizing energy self sufficiency.The line supports long term continuous operation with low labor demand and low emissions.
