Coconut shell carbonization machine, especially efficient vertical continuous carbonization furnace, is the key equipment for turning coconut shell into treasure. Its core lies in the precise internal structure and optimized thermal design.
The material journey starts from the top feed port. The crushed and dried coconut shell particles are evenly fed into the preheating and drying area on the upper part of the furnace body. In this area, the hot flue gas rising in the furnace preheats the material and dispels the residual moisture. As the material slowly descends under the action of gravity, it enters the critical carbonization and cracking area. The temperature in this area is precisely controlled within the range of 300-550℃ (the specific segmentation is adjustable). In an oxygen-deficient or oxygen-limited environment, coconut shell undergoes a complex pyrolysis reaction, and its organic matter is cracked and volatilized, leaving a solid product rich in carbon elements-coconut shell charcoal. The combustible gas (wood gas) produced by volatilization is directed to a special pipeline system. Finally, the hot charcoal falls into the cooling area at the bottom, and is safely cooled to a collectable state by indirect water cooling or air cooling, and finally discharged continuously and stably by the bottom charcoal discharge device.
This continuous operation mode, temperature zone control and efficient heat utilization design are the core technologies that enable modern coconut shell carbonization machines to achieve high efficiency, high carbon yield and low energy consumption.
