The journey of rice husk in the carbonization machine interprets the most exquisite material cycle in nature. In the cracking chamber, in the furnace constructed by the ceramic liner, the rice husk stretches its body under a slightly negative pressure environment - the silicon shell protects the elegant decomposition of organic matter like armor, lignin turns into blue smoke, and carbon atoms recrystallize into a honeycomb matrix.

The wisdom of the carbonization machine lies in closed-loop creation: the wood vinegar produced by cracking is introduced into the combustion chamber, and the blue flame continuously supplies energy to the system; the high-temperature flue gas passes through the pretreatment layer, reducing the moisture content of the new material from 15% to 5%; the heat energy recovered in the cooling section is transformed into warm wind, gently caressing the rice husk group that has just entered the warehouse.
