The stable operation of rice husk carbonization machine is highly dependent on scientific daily maintenance. As a high-temperature continuous operation equipment, lubrication system, sealing performance and temperature monitoring are the three pillars to ensure its life and efficiency.
Lubrication management is the first priority. The bearing bears the entire load of the equipment, and high-temperature resistant clean lubricating oil (such as lithium-based grease) must be selected. Check whether the oil filling point is unobstructed before starting the machine every day, focusing on rotating bearings, gear tooth surfaces and sliding guides2. If the bearing temperature rises abnormally during operation (exceeding 80°C), the machine should be stopped immediately to check for impurity intrusion or oil deterioration23.
Sealing is directly related to production safety and environmental protection. It is necessary to check whether the sealing gaskets of the furnace door and flue gas duct interface are aging every day, especially the high-temperature carbonization section (500-800°C), which is easy to cause the sealant to carbonize and fail, causing oxygen infiltration or combustible gas leakage14. It is recommended to use graphite composite gaskets and regularly pressurize the airtightness to ensure the stability of the oxygen-free carbonization environment.
Temperature monitoring is the key to process stability. The operator should record the temperature curve of each section in the furnace every 2 hours and compare the deviation of the set value. If the temperature fluctuation of the inner cylinder pre-carbonization zone (350-450℃) is greater than ±15℃, it is necessary to check the blockage of the spiral feed or the uneven air distribution of the burner to avoid uneven carbonization of the material47.
Daily lubrication inspection, sealing test and temperature tracking can prevent 80% of sudden failures and are the cornerstone of efficient operation of the carbonizer.
